I'm Amanda, a teacher turned graphic designer dedicated to helping women transition from merely surviving to truly thriving in their everyday lives.

My journey to this point hasn't been easy. For over a year, I struggled with crippling anxiety that affected every aspect of my life. It was only when I made the decision to prioritize myself and seek therapy that I began to see a positive change. Through dedication and self-care, I was able to improve my quality of life significantly.

Inspired by my own transformation, I created Thrive24 Design Studio to support other women on their journey to thriving. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle various responsibilities while trying to maintain your well-being. That's why I design practical and beautiful tools like planning guides, habit trackers, and other resources aimed at empowering women to take control of their lives.

My goal is to provide you with the tools and inspiration you need to create a balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you're looking to organize your day, build healthy habits, or simply find more joy in the everyday, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

The Origin of the Five Keys to Thriving

The journey to discovering the Five Keys to Thriving™ began with my own personal quest for a more joyful and fulfilling life. After experiencing a challenging period of crippling anxiety, I embarked on a path of therapy and self-prioritization. As I navigated through this transformative phase, I realized that thriving wasn't just about surviving day-to-day but about living a life that is rich in purpose and joy.

Driven by a desire to help other women overcome similar struggles, I delved into extensive research on personal development, psychology, and well-being. I studied the habits and mindsets of individuals who lead fulfilling lives, consulted numerous scientific articles, and engaged with experts in the fields of mental health and personal growth. Through this comprehensive research, I identified recurring themes and strategies that consistently led to a thriving life.

These insights culminated in the creation of the Five Keys to Thriving™: Purpose, Relationships, Perseverance, Health, and Development. Each key represents a fundamental aspect of well-being that, when nurtured, contributes to a balanced and enriched life. By integrating these elements into practical tools and resources, my mission is to support women on their journey to unlocking their full potential and truly thriving every day.
